By only supplying manufacturer approved original ink products, Dunhams are able to ensure our end users consistent print image quality and long-term product reliability.

The importance of a quality ink product should never be under-estimated. A reduction in hardware downtime is critical to any POS environment, and is most easily achieved by the use of the correct specification consumable products. A recent survey showed that poor specification consumable products were directly responsible for 12% of hardware failures whilst they contributed to a further 7% of related faults.

As far as practically possible, Dunhams only supply the original replacement consumable ink products as recommended by the hardware manufacturers. This means that for EPSON™ hardware, we supply only EPSON™ replacements and that we follow to the letter recommendations made by Sharp, Panasonic, etc, etc ...

Admittedly, the increase in quality costs a few pennies more - but your investment will be rewarded time and time again and hardware downtime will become a thing of the past.
