Our modern workshop and service facilities provide an after sales service second to none. All of our engineers are trained to National Diploma Standard in Electronic Engineering with many having additional industry qualifications. We pride ourselves on our speed of call-out response and always endeavour to provide same-day service. On the rare occasions that this is not possible, a response date and time is agreed with the client to ensure piece of mind.

Loan equipment is always provided for repairs that cannot be carried out on-site. Equipment that we remove for repair we endeavour to rectify and return within seven days, but should there be a delay in obtaining parts, the client is kept regularly informed as to the progress of the repair and the likely completion date.

Our work is guaranteed for a minimum 3 months and always utilises genuine replacement parts - we do not fit compatible or reconditioned units.

We undertake repairs for any of the following makes, and will be pleased to quote for any alternative manufacturer.
